SAP GUI 8.00 - Window sizing in the SAP Portal

Users have been reporting the smaller size of the SAP GUI based windows inside the SAP Portal. These effects have occurred due to SAP changes enabling the GUI to work with Microsoft Edge browser.

SAP and Microsoft have developed a GUI connector (SAP GUI connector for Microsoft Edge) to fix the issue.

Installing the SAP GUI connector for Microsoft Edge browser

Open Microsoft Edge browser on your Trafford device.
Navigate to the SAP GUI connector for Microsoft Edge web page.
Select Get to install the extension.
Select Add extension to agree to install the extension.
The new extension will now show in your toolbar, and/or under the extensions menu item.
